This was our second visit from Melbourne to Dr Vu Tuyen. This time my partner needed two bridges and teeth whitening and I needed three extractions, a bridge and teeth whitening. Vu practices from her home and is very welcoming and professional. For our first appointment, she met us at our apartment and for all other appointments she arranged taxis to collect and drop us off. One day she cooked us breakfast and another day took us out for lunch. It was lovely to meet her family and dog. I live more than 4,000 miles from Rose Dental and still consider them my regular dentist. They are very good. I have had dental work done in Australia, Thailand and in Vietnam and find Rose Dental Clinic the best quality and fairest pricing of all. I've visited both the Ben Thanh clinic in District 1 and the Eastern clinic in District 2 of Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) and never had a problem. Staff are courteous, helpful, and clear in their explanation, and language has never been an issue. Even a break in a complex implant treatment that was interrupted by COVID lockdowns was not a problem with email contact and advice during the time gap. The work is professional and delivered in a timely fashion and as pain-free as possible -- I have even fallen asleep during a treatment! All service is done in-house so you do not find yourself running around from venue to venue, and they provide hotel and airport pick-up for people visiting Ho Chi Minh. I have had check-ups, basic maintenance and some large jobs done here and regard Rose Dental highly.
