Medstar Day Surgery (Dentist Charly Poly Clinic)

Medstar Day Surgery popped up in one of my online searches and I chose them for my dental implants because the dentist explained everything carefully during the initial consultation. I paid less for the implants than the price they listed on their website.

The clinic is neat and clean and the dentist was really helpful. They explained what was happening every step of the way and this kept me reassured. There’s nothing I would change about the experience. I’m so grateful I found this clinic on the WhatClinic site. Everything worked out pretty well in the end.

I went to the Medstar Day Surgery Dentist Charly Poly Clinic to have a Dental Bridges appointment and while I did not have the actual appointment, I had a really good consultation, they gave me all the information I needed.

The clinic gave me a great consultation and because they took medical insurance the high cost they charged did not affect me that much. All in all, I was happy with the clinic.

I went to the Med Star Day Surgery Clinic for a Dental Bonding appointment and I was satisfied with the procedure I received from the clinic. It was not too expensive for the service so I was happy.

The clinic was very good. They gave me a good procedure for a reasonable price so I was quite pleased with them and I would recommend them to someone else.

Absolutely wonderful experience at the Dentist! I had 2 root canals, 5 fillings and general cleaning are done at the dental clinic in MedStar and it was one of the best procedures I've undergone.
I have never gone through a root canal before and like many first timers out there, I heard rumors that it was one of the most painful and scary procedures to go through. Well, that was a very different description of what I actually experienced with Doctor Indranil Roy and Doctor John Charlie Maveli. From the start they made me feel calm and even played my favorite music in the room - both before and during the procedure - that was a very useful distraction! Both Doctors consistently asked whether I was in any discomfort or experienced any pain (it shows you that they care, they're not just trying to get the job done as quickly as possible). They constantly explained what was happening at every stage of the procedure so that I wasn't anxious or would be taken by surprise. Overall, I had almost no pain post surgery and the entire journey was worth it! The Doctors also regularly checked up days after the procedure to ensure things went smoothly. I highly recommend these 2 Doctors!
A very special thanks to Dr. Jyothi S Charlie who was very professional throughout all my visits and always comforted me when I was scared or felt nervous. She assured me that my treatments would go smoothly and she was right. She finished the capping of my root canal which looks amazing and fits very nicely - she also did 5 fillings and now my teeth look and feel great. Definitely coming back to her! Wonderful clinic - must visit!

I had an amazing experience at Medstar.I was in so much pain because of an infection in the wisdom tooth. Dr. Archana Louis did an amazing job, but what touched me most was the human factor in this clinic, the care for the patient even after the treatment, reassuring the patient at all times, helping him to overcome his fears.

Amazing, I was really taken care of, given the best treatment and looked after.

I had 3 teeth extracted and 3 implants at the same time. I am also not good with dentists and was very nervous! Dr. Indranil Roy and his team were outstanding from the beginning to post surgery!

I chose medstar for the reviews it got and the price was within my range. Thankfully, the reviews were all real and my expectations were exceeded. Great professional treatment.

The clinic was clean and modern

I had an impacted molar that was surgically extracted by Dr.Indraniil who is extremely professional and thorough with the procedure. I'm usually very nervous about visiting a dentist, but Dr. Indraniil was amazing.He made me feel at ease and completed the entire procedure with minimum discomfort or pain.There was very little swelling and pain post surgery.In fact , I felt no need to take any pain killer on the very second day after the procedure.Even the nurse assisting the doctor was very helpful and friendly.I am highly impressed by their service and attention.The cherry on the topping was periodic follow up over the phone by the doctor personally .

The hospital is very well equipped. The staff at reception are very courteous and friendly. The X ray before the procedure was completed very quickly.Overall, I will rate my experience at the hospital as Exemplary!

Best dentist ever. I had a surgical tooth extraction. I came in and Dr Vaishal gave me antibiotics to use for a few days and on the third day I came back for the extraction. She was so patient and excellent. She explained the whole procedure and put me at ease. I did not feel aNy pain during and even afterwards there was no pain.

Nice doctor with smiles, confidence and patience. Competent and put me at ease all through the process. Dr Vaishal also gave me tips on what to do before and after the extraction and trust me I was surprised I didn't experience any pain. I will definately recommend this clinic and Dr Vaishal

all round brilliant professional service from when you set foot in the door, love the CPC for it's plain old school style of dentistry . what I mean is there is no frills and fuss they simply get on with the job at hand and treat your ailments, fix you up and send you on your way and don't try to sell you unnecessary products or procedures that cost extra like most of these boutique dental clinics that are popping up everywhere in Dubai and are just out to make money. thank you CPC for restoring my faith in the good old family dentist again.

Always had a fear of dentists from a young age and have also had a couple of bad experiences here in Dubai. I was referred to CPC 3 years ago and reluctantly went however the various treatments I've had with Charly Poly Clinic over the years from fillings to extractions to veneers has been second to none.

The care, attention and quality of work were first class with very friendly and understanding staff. Always accommodate and work round your timings whether it be after work or at weekends. Would recommend CPC to all Ex-Pats in UAE.

The treatment plan was well advised and well served. They provided the step by step procedure to me. Gave me all sort of ideas suited for my need and at the end I was given the choice to do what fits me better.
