Teeth Whitening Worcester, Worcestershire

I called Northwick Manor as I was looking for a dentist with good reviews for nervous patients as I had chipped my filling from a previous dentist 5 plus years ago. This was the best choice I could have ever made. I was offered an appointment on the same day and the receptionist was lovely and explained what to get expect which put my mind at ease. I nervously went to my appointment and was seen by Richard. I was instantly put at ease and made to feel comfortable and reassured. Richard explained what to expect and the filling was sorted quickly and efficiently. We also discussed how I had been having jaw pain and headaches which confirmed I had been grinding my teeth; I was scanned for a nightguard in the same appointment which I was really happy with. Upon collecting the guard, Richard explained what to expect and took the time to make sure it fit comfortably and correctly. I have been headache and jaw pain free ever since! I have since been back a few times for a bruised tooth and chipped enamel, each time Richard and the dental nurses have been beyond fantastic! I have left every appointment feeling happy and assured. The girls on reception are the most lovely, helpful team I have ever spoken to, always accommodating and take the time to have a chat. I had booked in for a check up (which I never ever thought I would do!). Richard was so informative and made a clear plan for the work I needed. I had a filling replaced and the results are incredible! I am so so happy with my new composite filling; you can’t tell it’s a filling! The procedure was clearly explained by Richard, and I could have easily fallen asleep while the work was being done! We have discussed the aesthetic side of things which I hadn’t ever considered due to having such a phobia of the dentist, but I have happily booked in for teeth whitening and in the future, Invisalign. I believe it’s perfectly normal to feel nervous for the dentist due to the fear of the unknown, but Richard and the team have put me at ease every time. Richard explains everything perfectly and is one of the kindest, most empathetic people I have ever met. I could not recommend Northwick Manor enough, every person I have interacted with has been incredible. The girls on reception, the nurses and especially Richard have been a life saver and I can’t thank them all enough. I am now excited to go in for my check-ups and cleanings!
