I have had filling, cleaning and root canal work done and can highly recommend this wonderful practice. Mr Barr is marvellous - I felt nothing. I have more work yet but am no longer frightened! From me, that is really saying something!
All staff are highly professional, courteous and extremely wearm and friendly. Everything is fully explained to you in verbally and treatment work put into writing - and you need never feel worried about airing your concerns whatsoever, even if you are totally phobic and scared like I 'used to be'
I am returning on a regular basis for treatment. I am no longer scared, and would go as far as to say that I will never move from where I live because I would lose a marvellous dentist and practice team.
I was pleased they got back to me, they offered me an appointment for this morning at 9.30 am but I had an appointment in Dumfries for 10.50 so I couldn't make it.....
