My first session with Raoul (apologies if the spelling is incorrect).
I was having a pain in the lower back tooth which was also causing pain in my jaw. I had an x-ray taken, he explained my x-ray and pointed out what and why it was causing pain.
He clearly explained the options enabling me to make an informed decision. I chose to have it extracted. The procedure was pain-free and I was given both verbal and written and instructions on aftercare.
I liked that he explained everything throughout the process, and was comfortable with being asked questions. A warm, friendly and relaxing atmosphere.
