Again a great experience with Sarah. This time had to have a crown replaced. Had to have a special strong one made as my last one broke after only a week. All done under guarantee , no problems. Everything was explained to me during treatment as usual. Excellent.

Have been a regular patient for ages and always receive excellent treatment. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the waiting room is always a sociable space with people always chatty and friendly!

Sarah always explains what's happening with your procedures and Karen the hygienist is the same.

Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Pure Dental Care is a small but very friendly and efficient clinic in Bridgnorth. Having had several treatments over the past year ranging from fillings to cosmetic repair. I cannot praise the staff enough for the work that they have undertaken. The atmosphere of the clinic is always calm and Sarah has the gift of putting you at ease and ensuring you're relaxed before any treatment.

Treatment plans are always explained thoroughly and Sarah takes the time to answer questions so that you feel actively involved in the treatment process. Prices are very reasonable. I would unhesitatingly recommend the clinic.

My experiences over quite a few years at the Bridgnorth clinic have always been first class and effective, whether it be hygienist work or sometimes necessary dental work undertaken by Sarah. A compact practice with very personable friendly and helpful staff. I had an extraction done yesterday 14th Sept 2022, which amazingly was totally pain free, thanks to the team's work, and Sarah's skilful and calm methodology in explaining matters as we went, and then we'll plan for a future solution to 're-fill' the space. Thoroughly recommend.

I was having a lot of pain from (as I found out) was a wisdom tooth, being a bit of a wuss, I kept putting off doing anything about it until I couldn't stand it any longer, luckily due to a cancellation, I was able to be seen within a couple of days.

The dentist diagnosed the problem, and a few days later I had the offending tooth extracted, it was a totally painless experience, the lady made me feel completely at ease, very friendly atmosphere, I have just been back and saw the hygienist, a very nice lady who did a wonderful job giving my teeth a clean, which they certainly needed!

Obviously, I can only comment on my own experience, but I will definitely be going back for a check-up in 6 months.

The clinic is clean and nicely decorated, the staff friendly and helpful. So far I have had an exam and a hygiene visit, their mission is prevention and therefore give a lot of good advice about caring for your teeth and gums. I have further appointments for the treatment of which I have every confidence will be carried out in the same caring and efficient manner.
