Wendy graduated from Bristol University in 1990 and following vocational training has worked exclusively in general practices in Yorkshire and the North East. Wendy completed her MSc in Clinical Periodontology at UCLan in 2010. She continually updates her clinical knowledge and skills attending many courses both in the UK and Europe, most recently the master courses in regenerative and aesthetic periodontal therapy and aesthetic implant therapy at the University of Bern, Switzerland. 

Wendy is passionate about gum health, seeing this as the foundation of dental excellence and systemic health. 

She takes referrals for the treatment of advanced gum disease and surgical periodontal procedures in relationship to cosmetic dentistry such as treatment of 'gummy smiles' and gum recession.

Tim solely provides implant dentistry at The Raglan Suite. He has a keen interest in advanced restorative dentistry as well as surgical and remedial implant dentistry.

Tim graduated with honours from Leeds University in 1996 and works exclusively in the field of implant dentistry at The Raglan Suite.

He has been accepting referrals from across the North of England for over 12 years and is a clinical coach and key opinion leader for Densply Sirona. He regularly lectures across the UK on dental implants, particularly on digital implant dentistry and immediate loading using the smile in a day technique.

Tim is one of only a few implant surgeons in the North of England who has been awarded the Advanced Diploma in Implant Dentistry from the Royal College of Surgeons of England, in London. He is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology

Antony’s field of care is primarily focused on endodontics (root canal therapy).

Since graduating in 1997, Antony has practiced and studied extensively in the field of endodontics. He has been a proud member of the Raglan team since 2005 and has built a large and extensive referral base.

He is an active member of the British Endodontic Society and holds a certificate qualification in endodontics from the Eastman Dental Institute. He also holds the membership diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

His aim is to provide evidence-based, predictable and long-lasting treatment in a calm and caring environment

BDS Newcastle University 2006, MSc (AES Dent) Kings College London

Kim provides both aesthetic dental and facial aesthetic treatments at The Raglan Suite.

Kim graduated from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne with a distinction in clinical dentistry in 2006. She has since undertaken extensive postgraduate training in the field of aesthetic dentistry and facial aesthetics.

Kim was one of the first dentists internationally to achieve a master’s degree in aesthetic dentistry from King’s College London, being awarded the Aesthetic Dentistry Prize in her first year. In recognition of her work in the aesthetics industry, Kim was also awarded the ‘Best Mobile Practitioner’ award at the 2012 My Face My Body Awards.

Kim is a former council member and lecturer for the International Academy of Advanced Facial Aesthetics, a former senior instructor for the internationally renowned Dr Bob Khanna Training Institute and has previously been a clinical instructor for The Royal College of Surgeons Aesthetic Masterclass.

Kim provides a personalised approach, ensuring each smile is as unique as each individual patient and that results are tailored to meet individual expectations.

Geoff is experienced in treating nervous patients and can administer dental sedation. His focus at the practice is treating patients with dental anxiety.

Geoff graduated from Leeds University in 1981. Geoff’s role at the practice is to treat patients with dental anxiety. He believes passionately that even the most phobic patients can be treated successfully with the right approach.

His ethos is based on using a wide range of techniques to create positive dental experiences and to give patients a feeling of control over their treatment.

Geoff is also qualified to administer dental sedation, which can help put anxious patients at ease during treatment.

Outside of The Raglan Suite, Geoff also trains dentists across the UK on how to deliver dental anxiety management techniques to their own nervous patients.

Clinical Dental Technician

Chris is our resident clinical dental technician, who plans and constructs denture treatment for our patients.

Chris qualified with a diploma in dental technology at Leeds in 1984. In 2010, he earned the prestigious Diploma in Clinical Dental Technology at the Royal College of Surgeons of England in London.

Chris has worked closely with referring dentists and patients with denture problems for over 28 years.

In 2019, Chris qualified as one of only a few UK based SEMCD (suction effective mandibular complete denture) instructors – a Japanese technique which uses suction for a better fit of dentures.

Chris’s clinical focus is in providing dentures using advanced systems and high-quality materials. He believes in treating all patients with compassion, empathy and respect.

Megan has been a specialist in orthodontics since 2005.

Megan qualified, with honours, from the University of Leeds in 1993. After graduating, she spent time in maxillofacial surgery, general practice and orthodontics, and taught oral surgery to undergraduates at the Leeds Dental Institute. She then returned to the University of Leeds to undergo orthodontic training, winning the Intercollegiate J K Williams gold medal and registering as a specialist in 2005.

Megan has worked as a specialist orthodontist in private practice since 2006, treating both adults and children. At the 2014 Smile Awards, Megan won awards for three categories: ‘Orthodontic case – removable appliances’, ‘Orthodontic case – fixed appliances’ and ‘Orthodontic case – Invisalign’. At the same ceremony, Megan also won the prestigious ‘Aesthetic Dentist of the Year’ award.

She enjoys lecturing about orthodontics and is a member of the British Lingual Orthodontic Society and the British Orthodontic Society.

Megan always takes her patients’ needs into account and enjoys providing quality results for her patients. She has an interest in orthodontic retention and is keen to maintain results for as long as possible. She provides all her patients with fixed or removable retainers after treatment for long-term maintenance.

Haytham provides surgical implant dentistry at our practice and has vast experience in oral surgery.

Born in Egypt and raised in Hong Kong, Haytham moved to the UK to study dentistry in Newcastle, where he fell for the charm of the North East. He’s lived in the area ever since.

After qualifying in 2005, Haytham began his career in hospital dentistry, which led him to develop a keen interest in oral surgery. He spent the next five years gaining experience in a wide range of surgical procedures, with the support of experienced consultants in maxillofacial surgery at both the James Cook University Hospital and Sunderland Royal Hospital.

Alongside his clinical commitments, Haytham studied for a master’s degree in Dental Implantology at Warwick University. He graduated from Warwick in 2014 and has since helped many patients regain their smiles and function with the aid of dental implants.

Graduating from The University of Sheffield in 2006, Greg has undertaken the Diploma in Implant Dentistry by the Royal College of Surgeons of England.

He's a mentor for dentists first entering the field of dental implants and takes referrals from practices within the Yorkshire region. Greg is experienced in bone grafting and sinus lift procedures and offers PRGF (Plasma Rich in Growth Factors) treatments, having completed training at the BTI Institute in Victoria.
