Job Title: Principal Dentist Biography: M.Med.Sci. (Dental Implantology - Univ. of Sheffield) MFGDP(UK) BDS
Nilesh joined the practice in 1992. He became partner in 1994 and practice principal in 2009. He is the first dentally qualified ISO 9000 Quality Assurance Manager in the UK.
Nilesh has shown an extensive commitment to continuing education and has a special interest in Cosmetic Dentistry, Implantology and Oral Surgery - including visits to the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, Miami, USA.
He has won a research prize for implant related research from the Association of Dental Implantology.
He holds a Masters degree in Oral Implantology from the University of Sheffield and a Certificate in Counselling Skills from the University of Nottingham. He is a clinical mentor for Astra Tech, 3M implant companies and the Association of Implantology. In addition, he lectures nationally and internationally on implants and lectures at the
University of Salford on their implantology Masters programme. He is also an examiner for the FGDP(UK), a foundation dentist trainer and has been an examiner for membership of joint dental faculties MJDF Royal College of Surgeons since 1998.

Andrew joined the practice in 1984. He holds Platinum Invisalign doctor status and is
the most experienced Invisalign (invisible braces) practitioner in Leicestershire.
He is one of only six clinical lecturers for Invisalign in the UK and lectures extensively on the subject.
Andrew has a special interest in the holistic approach to oral health care, the treatment of jaw joint (TMJ) dysfunction and fixed orthodontics, especially Invisalign.
He has extensive continuing education activity, including visits to the Pankey Institute for Advanced Dental Education, Miami, USA.
Dr Rahul Parekh
Job Title: Associate Dentist Biography: BChD, MFDS (Glasgow) - Associate Dentist Rahul joined Gorse Covert Dental Practice in September 2014 and is keen to learn new techniques to further his career. He qualified in 2011 from Leeds Dental Institute with Merit and then spent one year as a foundation trainee in Cleckheaton (West Yorkshire) and went on to spend a further year at York District Hospital as a senior house officer in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery to improve his oral surgical skills. During this time, he presented an audit at regional level on the success rates of removal of facial basal cell carcinomas (skin cancer) and also passed the necessary exams to achieve membership in the faculty of dental surgery (Glasgow).
