Implant Dentist Consultation Cardiff City Center

I entered reception and had a warm and friendly greeting. I was asked to fill in the questionnaire and on completion the dentist came to greet me and I accompanied her to the surgery room, where I was sat in the chair. Two other members of staff were present and the inspection took place. Everything was explained to me very fully as to the possibilities available to me. I agreed to have some X-rays taken to complete the inspection process. These X-rays were then shown to me. The dentist then assured me that the dental implants could be fitted and after the surgeon had seen them, I was to receive through the post in approximately one week, the total cost of the procedure. I was very impressed by the professionalism and care taken by the staff involved.

I'm quite a nervous patient and never thought about sedation before. I had to have 2 big teeth out and very ao anxious about having them out. So I contacted holmes dentists (I live 2 hours away) I'm so glad I did. Right from the first phone call I made to them they put me at ease straight away. I had the treatment yesterday and everything went great. Every member of staff there are so understanding and are so goood at what they do. If I need a tooth out again I would 100% go back there. I have been attending this practice for 50 years, so I felt it would be appropriate to say ‘Thank you’. Over the decades, I have always received courteous and respectful attention from receptionists and dental staff alike. On the rare occasions when appointments have not been immediately available, attempts have always been made to accommodate me as soon as practicable. Although I have been examined and, when necessary, treated by a number of dentists over the years, I have always felt confident that my dental care is of the highest standard. For the past number of years, this has been administered by extremely knowledgeable, professional and skilled staff, including the highly qualified, Dr. Koochek. I hope the next 50 years will be equally as impressive. Thank you.
