He qualified from Leeds University in 2006 with Bachelors in Dental Surgery. He moved to Essex where he worked in a very large NHS Dental Practice for 8 years. During this time he completed a Masters degree in Medical Education and became an Equivalency Trainer and a Foundation Dental Trainer. This is a highly regarded position which demonstrates his enthusiasm for learning and developing, and his commitment to teaching the new generation of Dentists the importance of professional, high-standard, caring and empathetic Dentistry. He is currently completing his second year of his second Masters degree, Endodontic Practice at Queen Mary University of London. This training provides Dr Tom with more advanced skills and knowledge and enables him to complete root canal treatments to a much higher standard using a sophisticated dental microscope and therefore improves successful outcomes and patient satisfaction. He has a wealth of experience as a General Dental Practitioner and has honed his skills to extremely high levels. Through his calm, methodical and gentle approach, he is able to individualise your treatment so that it becomes an effective and positive dental experience. He qualified with honours from The Royal London Dental School in 2004. Having achieved distinctions in all 5 years of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery he was nominated for the Gold Medal award of the University of London. Since qualifying he has lived and worked in Essex and has gained experience in all fields of general dental care with a special interest in aesthetic and implant dentistry. He recently achieved the Postgraduate Certificate in Dental Education at Bedfordshire University and is a Member of Joint Dental Faculties (MJDF) at the Royal College of Surgeons. He is currently a Foundation Dentist trainer with the Essex Coast scheme for the South East of England Health Authority, a position which demands demonstration of advanced experience in modern dentistry and an ability to teach newly qualified dentists safe, predictable and professional care to the highest standard. He has an established reputation for his caring nature and ability to treat nervous patients with an informative, tailored and gentle approach that prioritizes patient needs. He has been treating patients with CEREC restorations since 2005 and is very enthusiastic in encouraging new members of the team to educate themselves with the use of cutting edge dental technology and materials. Dr. Aneiros is keen to use photography and study models so that patients can experience and be a part of the planning required for treatments ranging from a single tooth to a bespoke new smile. He has advanced knowledge in composite bonding, whitening, veneers, crowns and bridges and in the treatments required for a comprehensive whole mouth health approach.
