The Smile Clinic - Colchester: (Town Centre)

I can not fault the advice and treatment I recently received at the smile clinic. I was in pain and an emergency appointment was arranged. I needed an extraction and although I was very apprehensive, the extraction was no problem and an impression was taken for an extra tooth to be added to my existing denture.
I wonder if the receptionist is not well, overworked, or something had upset her on both my visits. I did not feel welcome. Otherwise, five-star treatment.

Appointments readily available. Friendly and professional staff. I couldn't have had a better experience. Highly recommended!

I attended the clinic for my face swelling and toothache. I am so pleased with the reception as I saw the dentist right away as it was an emergency. The dentist is very friendly and his assistant as well. I'm going to see the dentist again after 5 days and after the swelling and toothache has gone, and then I'm going to make an appointment for my implant. Thanks very much.

Brilliant staff and service.

The price is near to what I was quoted and I am extremely satisfied with my treatment and was told about every aspect every step of the way - even to how it could fail (I had to have complicated root canal treatment/surgery) and what could be done if this happened and how much more this would cost.
