Armstrong Dental Practice

After graduating from Dundee University in 1987 Alan began his dental career in Fermanagh and joined the practice of Mr W Harbison, M Brown and Neale Armstrong in 1992. Alan gained a DGDP from the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners in 1995. On the retirement of Mr W Harbison and M Brown in 1997 he joined his brother Neale as joint principal of the practice, then re-named as The Armstrong Dental Practice.

Neale graduated from University of Dundee in 1983, he worked for a year in the Dental Hospital before returning home, initially to Limavady, and then back to his home town, Portadown in 1985. In 1995 after a period of studies passed DGDP (UK). Neale is very interested in dental postgraduate education, he worked as a part time advisor for Northern Ireland Medical and Dental Training Agency for 8 years and currently is a Dental Foundation Trainer, a post he has held for the last three years.

Linda graduated from Queens in 2001 and entered general practice. She joined the team at Armstrong Dental Practice in 2003. Linda obtained a distinction in restorative dentistry and this is reflected in her clinical practice as she is passionate about restoring teeth preserving tooth structure as often as possible, using a wide variety of clinical techniques and materials.
