The first time I registered I had a general check-up with Simon, who came across very well, since then I have had 3 separate hygienist appointments which overall have been very disappointing; the young lady would seem to lack experience and customer focus, the procedure was very rushed (in and out in 20 mins for 60GBP), not once did she allow me to pause to rest my jaw, there was no mirror given to see the end results, no tissues given to clean my face and mouth, it was just overall a disappointing service for that price you would expect a more thorough clean, including pauses to relax the jaw muscles and to clean-up splashes etc - unfortunately I will not be returning to that hygienist again.
