Margarida graduated with a Masters degree in dentistry in 2008 as the highest achieving student out of over 100 interns on her course, achieving an exceptionally high overall grade of 19/20 (95%) and 17/20 (85%) for her theses focused on Peri-implantitis. She also completed a one year full time course at New York University College of Dentistry in Prosthodontics in 2011 and continued studying at the college to complete a two year full time Advanced Program in Implant Dentistry. Margarida has a high level of experience in implant placement, bone grafting, prosthodontics, full mouth restorations and soft tissue management for improved aesthetics. Margarida has been awarded the ‘Best presentation by a Resident in Peridontology and Implant Dentistry’ at the New York University Research Day in both 2012 and 2013.

Raj frequently appears on the dental lecture / seminar / congress circuit both in the UK and abroad, predominantly on dental-implant and restorative related subjects. Experienced and skilled in the provision of simple and complex dental implant cases. His portfolio of work includes single implants (including immediate placements), implant-retained fixed and detachable bridges, as well as full mouth rehabilitation, including ‘teeth in a day’. Raj is experienced in the full range of bone graft procedures as well as the provision of high quality restorative dentistry. Since 2012 Raj has been mentoring referring practitioners in the technique for predictably and successfully restoring dental implants. Raj has a string of academic distinctions to his name, predominantly in the field of implant and restorative dentistry, achieving ‘Distinction’ standard in all clinical case presentations for his MSc in implant dentistry.
