My recent treatment at Floss and Smile Dental Practice has been amazing! Dr Invir is gentle, professional and a very talented dentist. I recently spent a whole afternoon appointment with Invir and Billie, the dental nurse, who was also amazing. I was having a bridge and a crown prepared. I used to be with an NHS surgery, and they used to X-ray my teeth each time I attended, but they never picked up on tooth fractures! Floss and Smile dental surgery is phenomenal. They are such good value. Our teeth are important to our overall health, and I am so grateful I discovered this lovely, friendly, spotlessly clean, modern, professional dental surgery. Everyone there is welcoming and friendly. My husband also attends this practice, and we both would recommend this dental practice 100%. I’m 71 now and feel I deserve the very best and know I have it with Floss and Smile Dental Practice.

I have been going for over a year now and wanted to share my experience. The clinic itself is spotless, modern, and manages to put you in such a calm state, right from the moment you walk through the doors. No weird medical smell! To top it off, the staff at Floss and Smile are incredibly lovely, and the genuine care they all have for their clients is so obviously felt. The customer service is unbeatable.

As a nervous patient and someone that spent most of my life avoiding and constantly changing dentists, I can now happily and confidently say that Floss and Smile have taken my fear of the dentist away and I know have a new care and motivation to look after my mouths health. The dentists themselves explain it all in a friendly, non-condescending way and are somehow so gentle with all the procedures!

As a nervous patient, I was really impressed with the care and attention that I received from Invir and the dental nurse throughout my Invisalign treatment. They took time to put me at ease at the start of each visit, carefully explaining every aspect of my treatment.

My Invisalign course gave me exactly the results I wanted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice.

The reception team are so friendly, they make me feel very special on every visit.

I have been with Floss and Smile since moving to these parts in 2016. The fact that I am still there says it all and their new surgery is excellent.

Only my second visit, and very impressed with everything about the experience so far. I was previously with the same practice for about 40 years until Covid, then they went radio silent. I knew I needed a checkup, so I rang Floss and Smile on the recommendation of a friend.

They are big, but the cheapest, BUT the level of care is amazing. I’ve had more information and things done to check on the health of my mouth and teeth than in all the previous years put together. Even a lengthy hygienist appointment was more thorough and less painful than ever before.

I have a couple of crowns that are old and not a good colour match. I was told they could be improved “if they worried me” but that they were totally sound and did not need work if I wasn’t worried, so honest and no pressure.

Definitely recommend and I’ll be going back.

As a nervous patient, I am glad to have found Floss & Smile. The service and attention are second to none. Having not had any treatment at a dentist for many years, I had to make an appointment for a severe toothache. Unfortunately, the tooth could not be saved, but all the options were explained to me, and I have now just had an implant replacement tooth put in. I would highly recommend Floss & Smile; they combine excellent dental expertise, and the whole team is very friendly and welcoming.

From the first moment I walked in, everyone was really nice and friendly. I felt at ease straight away. As for the dental work I received, it was top class, and I couldn't have asked for a better service. Worth every penny
