I was dreading the thought of spending 1h 30min in a Dentist chair. In fact, the time went very quickly.

The chat between the two ladies, (the dentist and assistant,) was entertaining and friendly...and the music in the background contributed a lot to this.

Overall, it's the easiest experience I've had in any Dental situation....and, of course, the treatment was excellent!

Always a pleasure to go to see my dentist. Dr Rebecca Shields is the most gentle and she explains everything to you regarding procedure and treatment. It's always a painless and relaxed experience for me, even for molars extractions! Dr Rebecca Shields is a true professional and very kind and nice and fun young lady. Highly recommended! I had been in agony with a back tooth for months during lockdown and shielding. Rang after lockdown got an appointment with Lester Cheng. He knew I was very nervous and explained everything he was doing. Highly recommend this agent he is polite courteous and restored my confidence in dentists.

I am absolutely terrified of the Dentist and had to have an emergency procedure to remove an infected tooth. I explained my fear to the Dentist and she was extremely caring, taking her time to talk through every procedure before and during, which was so reassuring while ensuring I was comfortable with the procedure. The procedure once completed was of great relief and was probably the best experience I ever have had at a Dentist. Thank You.

I recently moved to the Dunoon area and have had some extensive treatment here. I must say the care and professionalism offered by Dr Juliana have been superb! I just wish I had come here many years ago.
