We have an information communication (information, document) infrastructure between the Health Tourist and our agency.

We will provide the Health Tourist with the information he/she wants about the health facilities he/she may want to receive service from.

We will inform the Health Tourist about the approximate cost of health care services and payment terms.

We will inform the Health Tourist about passport, transportation, communication, consulate and travel.

We will provide the arrival-departure-accommodation of the Health Tourist.

We will deliver the Health Tourist to the health facility where he will receive service and we will receive it after the treatment.

We will protect and store the Health Tourist information-documents in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 of 24/3/2016.

We will keep all documents related to their activities in accordance with the law.

We will obtain informed consent by informing the Health Tourist and his legal representative about their services.
