The communication and service I received here while on holiday was excellent.

I had first consultation a week ago and the team are all lovely and fluent in English also which was a great help as I explained my phobia of dentists Had examination and xray done and a plan was made for follow up appointment for treatment under sedation with gas. Unfortunately for everyone on the day the sedation system just wouldn't work.The doctor tried for almost an hour to get it working but to no avail. They were left with no choice but to call a technician and to send me home. The dentist, nurses, doctor and receptionist were all so apologetic I felt bad for them as they had moved some appointments to fit me in for a 3-hour session. I will return when the system is fixed, hopefully soon. But with Christmas looming and holidays to be taken it may be next year.

I recently went to Clinica Pacifico for issues with some of my bottom teeth, fearing I was going to lose at least three. The staff and doctors there were very helpful, professional and easy to work with. Not only were they able to save the three teeth they were able to fit me with a partial denture that is effective, comfortable and many thousands of dollars less expensive than what I thought I would require. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who requires dental work.

My experience here was exceptional. I arrived in pain with a troubled sensitive tooth and was in a matter of minutes treated even though the practice was very busy, and left feeling a lot better. I am most grateful to Dr Ana and Zelia. Just fantastic. Thank you.
