I had my fillings done here because Dr. Bala is my regular dentist. He’s very good and he actually explains everything he’s doing step by step.

The staff are always so friendly and the environment is okay too. I was given the price after the procedure - it was good value. Dr. Bala is an excellent dentist.

First time went to this place, after reading the reviews. Decided to give it a go. The appointment was set via Online request. It takes 1 day for them to respond, which is OK. The environment was very relaxing and greeted warmly by the staff. Prior start with the procedure, she introduce herself, a calm and friendly Dr. I never asked for any specific Dr, but her way of accessing my condition was well and what is needed as an options if I want to pursue for others treatment. The doctor also explained on the charges clearly before proceed with treatment upon my request. At least, you can prepare and not surprise with the bill later on. I don't feel cheated at all and very confident and rest assured that my best interests are being taken care of by a skilled and experienced medical professional. Furthermore, there's a follow-up call from the Dr. asking any issue or any pain encountered after the treatment. Feeling satisfied with the service and had made another appointment for root canal in Dec 2016.

I went for scaling. It was my first time at this clinic and it was an excellent experience. The doctor and staff were very professional and made it a really comfortable experience as I normally dread going to a dentist.

I am from Germany, and I had a really great experience with the quality of this Malaysian dentist! I had an appointment for a tooth whitening. The time I spent in KL was less, however, Kavin from the dentist found a very comfortable time for me to do the treatment. As I said, I only booked one whitening session. What I got was a lot of more! Actually, I had two whitening sessions and one professional cleaning for free! The result is awesome, and I am really happy that I found the best clinic in town! I always had the feeling that their intention is to make the customer happy and not to make money. He is a very professional dentist with a very strict (but also careful) and good way of working. He gives his customers a very high value and make Them feel very comfortable. On a personal perspective, he is a very friendly and nice dentist.
