The best doctor I ever meet in my life, Dr Loh. She treats you like you are her family. If you are a person who is afraid to visit a dentist just like me😁 fret no more.., she's like your tooth fairy. She calms you down, talk to you with her cheerful voice and ta. Dah you are all set to go. Even my son loves visiting her. And all my friends too. No doubt she is the best.

The staff is helpful they can speak English as well and they did inform me about my next appointment. Hopefully everything will be in good procedure for my root canal schedule. This is a best clinic so far on my experience.

The clinic is very nice and clean and the dentist as well is very friendly and cooperative and helpful too, the denstist is very informative and she is making sure that I will not feel too much pain while undergoing the cleaning procedure of my root canal.

I went there to remove my old permanent retainer from my upper teeth and get a new removable, clear retainer. This was because the two ends of my permanent retainer had both come out of their moorings and my wires had actually turned upwards and were poking at my tongue. I couldn't pull the wire out myself so I looked for a dental clinic that would actually remove it for me and do scaling for my teeth since it was about time.

The staff members were polite and the clinic was extremely clean and uncluttered. The whole procedure plus scaling of teeth and polishing all took 1 hour to do. The dentist, Dr. Alexander, was very good as he was not rough and was extremely efficient and fast. He also took the trouble to explain what he was doing and what some of the problems were with my teeth. He was also very personable. This was a great experience because I have been rejected from other clinics before in terms of fixing my retainer. These other clinics gave me the reason that some other orthodontist had done my braces and retainer and therefore they cannot help me. I don't mind them saying no but what always disappointed me was their lack of solution or recommendation of alternatives for someone in my predicament. Q and M was very quick and professional. The pricing is also reasonable. Thank you and keep it up!

Dr. Lee is yet to give a report to the new dentist in the UK. She reminded me last week to contact you guys again. Please take this seriously, as there is a metal in both sides of my upper gum which the new dentist don't know why it is there and how/procedures to have them removed. That will be all.
