Dr. Michael Etinger

I came to Dr Etinger's office for a routine cleaning while in Israel. I had a pleasant and thorough cleaning with his fantastic hygienist. I would definitely recommend this office to expats.

After my cleaning Dr Etinger came in to see me and I mentioned that I have pain on my jawline. He did a quick X-ray and was concerned there may be further issues with my wisdom tooth. He determined a panoramic X-ray was needed. I was pleasantly surprised when he walked me himself to the X-ray clinic and stayed while the X-rays were being taken. We walked back to his office after to review the findings and follow up course of action. I truly appreciated the time he took out of his morning to accompany me for X-rays as I do not know the city well. He is such a personable and committed dentist and I have not experienced such caring service in the States. Amazing visit and I appreciated his follow through and attention to my issue. Many thanks!

Some time ago I faced a challenge - to find out a really good professional dentist for myself. Because my treatment plan is so huge: a lot of implants, crowns and fillings. So it means not only the long hours in the dentist office - it means a lot of stress. Which by itself not healthy at all. So I had a double challenge. I was looking for a progressive professional and a comfortable person. In the last one I didn't believe at all, just had hope.
I made the research. Found a few dentist who looked professional enough. I mailed to all of them. And after some time I made my choice. Definitely a good one.
And now I would like to share impression about this experience. Which btw was so amazing.
Let's be fair! I guess almost everyone kinda doesn't like/afraid/or even hate dentists. I want be fair - I'm familiar with this feeling. Sorry, I mean - I was, in the past. Now I'm going to tell you more about personal aspect. Because professional level so unbelievably cool and my English is so poor, so I'm not able to express it. I just mention that I was impressed with doctor's ability to use technology. Every single filling he made looking at me with microscope :) Making crowns on site (!) just totally speechless. Previously I never felt comfortable and relaxed when I visited dentists. Moreover, I never was dreaming that it could be somehow else. But suddenly I've got surprise. I'm not going to write a lot, because when you haven't this experience it's tough to believe (somehow I still don't believe to the end in what happened to me). It's kinda pure magic. The universe showed me that it's not only possible to get proper treatment without stress at all ... but get fun.

So if you're looking for:
- a real skilled professional
- who passionate with his job
- who feels free with modern technology (digital and microscopic dentistry)
- and in addition is a good personality with pleasant energy
- who able provide care as well as an attention to every single patient
- and who is totally supportive.

I'm really thankful to Dr. Etinger for the job which was already been done. Starting from planning stage before I came to Jerusalem from Australia and continuing with treatment in his office. To tell the truth - this is the first time ever when I'm satisfied with visiting the dentist. It definitely worth to spend approx 50 hours/one way trip to get this experience.

General check up.
Actually I visited Dr Etinger, after reading the reviews on this page and I could confirm they were right. Very professional, his good manners make you feel welcome and relaxed. I absolutely would recommend him to my friends. Very good value.

I chose this clinic as I previously said, randomly but after reading other customers reviews. The place is central located, in a nice area. I had the impression that it's well equipped for major or more complex treatments as well. It was the right choice.

I came from America seeking one implant and a possible second implant, but I did not know if the second implant was necessary until I have A Dental CT scan. I got this done immediately on a recommendation from Dr Etinger, and I had the surgery scheduled for an extraction and two implants the next day as I was going to be in Israel for only two weeks.
Before it was decided that I needed a second implant, the doctor had me go for a second opinion to a oral surgeon independent of this doctor ,who looked at the CT scan and determined that I did need a second implant. I was not charged for this second opinion.
Finally came the day of the surgery. I got the required shots to reduce the pain ,during the surgery the shots themselves where pain free, to get the injection is normally painful, when they were administered they were done pain free. The entire surgery took approximately an hour and a half . I felt zero pain during the course of the entire surgery, when the pain killers wore off I had some pain that evening for which I was given pain medication, by the next morning I was completely pain free. I was also put on antibiotics as a precaution that nothing should get infected. I am now going home two weeks later. I had a follow up appointment to see how the implant went, they were perfectly done and where pain free .On my next trip back in about 6 months I will get the crowns that go on top of the implants. I would recommend this doctor to anyone that would ask. In addition I paid less then half of what I would have paid for the exact same treatment in the United States. Which in turn made my trip here free.

My experience with his doctor was excellent He is highly recommended in my opinion both from his bedside manner, to his concern for the patient, and his expectation for everything to run perfectly. I highly recommend this doctor anybody seeking quality dental work at a cheaper price then they would get back home in the U nited States.

I had been advised by a dentist, while getting my teeth cleaned in Jordan, that I needed to have a crown replaced. I was leaving for Israel next day. Found Dr. Etinger on line. He worked with my compressed schedule, seeing me within 3 hours of arrival.

His thorough exam determined that there actually is nothing wrong with any of my teeth at all. His "bed side manner" is very good, He is a consummate professional; and in addition, seemed to be a very nice guy. I was almost disappointed that there was no work to be done. I heartily recommend his service.

Because of an accident I was an emergency case and arrived at Dr. Michael Etinger´s clinic in a terrible condition, psychologically and physically. Dr. Etinger was very empathetic and took care about me in a very professional way. The following days he followed up with phone calls to check how I feel. My case is quite complicated. Dr. Etinger invested an enormous time for my interim solution and consults also colleagues to make sure, that I´ll get the best treatment. Dr. Etinger is with discernment. I highly recommend him.

I thank God for Dr Michael Etinger, he really helped me. I had an emergency and he saw me right away. His manners were the best and he followed up with a personal phone call. I would highly recommend him if you need his services.

Fillings, dentures, crowns, extractions, root canals

I had a complex treatments, I felt no pain, even the shots. The treatment was quick, dedicated and Muad was kind and wonderful results. I have finally a beautiful smile. Highly recommended.
