Dr Keenan operates two specialist orthodontic clinics which are located in Galway and in Castlebar, County Mayo. A comprehensive range of services to correct the alignment of the teeth of child and adult patients are offered at both clinics. Referrals are accepted from general dental practitioners and from patients requiring orthodontic care. Services offered include Invisalign, Clear braces, Lingual braces (braces on the inside of the teeth), conventional orthodontic appliances for children, adult orthodontics, surgical orthodontics, dentofacial orthopaedics and emergency orthodontics.

Dr. Keenan, a native of Newry, Co. Down, has been serving Galway, Mayo and the surrounding communities since 1999. He received his Dental degree from Queens University Belfast in 1992. He then worked in private general dental practice until 1997 before pursuing his post graduate orthodontic studies in America at the University of Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa Orthodontic Program in 1999 and is board certified by the American Board of Orthodontics. He is an INVISALIGN® CERTIFIED PROVIDER and specialises in early treatment for his younger patients and orthognathic surgery for adult patients.
Dr. Keenan is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, the Irish Academy of American Graduate Dental Specialists, the Orthodontic Society of Ireland and the Irish Dental Association. Dr. Keenan, his wife, Michelle, and their three children, Conor, Ciara, and Amy live in Barna, Co. Galway. Dr. Keenans favourite activities are watching his kids play for the local Barna gaelic and soccer teams, and playing the occasional game of golf.
