Absolutely kind lovely staff who actually care about you the patient in how they can help your situation with best solution with reasurrence patience especially with a terrified patient like me even gave me a stress ball to squeeze (that actually helped ) without mentioning prices and other extras that your told you need by another dentist does but have to make another appointment for a chat and get charged, lost faith when I realised Money first, clients second, I lost trust in dentists until I went to Garveys Tower road clondalkin. I have been attending Olivia for 3 years now. I can honestly say she has changed my feelings about maintaining my dental health and hygiene, as I was always nervous about going to previous dentists. The atmosphere is friendly and cheerful, and both Olivia and Jessica make me feel like part of a family. I moved to west cork a year ago and drove to Terenure for my recent appointment. Well worth the journey. I really can't recommend Greenlea Dental Centre highly enough.
I was quite anxious about my upcoming trip to the hygienist for the dreaded scale and polish. It had been over two years since my last visit, and for good reason. My appointment was with Yvonne, and from the moment I met her, she put me at ease. I explained my situation to Yvonne in detail—the hypersensitive gums and my last experience where a former hygienist had to stop because it was unbearable for me. That last visit alone is why it took me over two years to make another appointment. I had to bite the bullet, and I’m relieved and thankful that I did. This experience was completely different from my last. Yvonne made it as comfortable as possible for me, and for the first time, I didn’t leap or ask her to pause or stop entirely. That’s a first for me (and I was, as with all previous visits, anaesthetised to the max). I’m back in the chair in two weeks for more of the same, and this time I won’t have the sleepless nights and anxiety knowing my visit is with Yvonne. I cannot recommend her highly enough. Thank you, Yvonne.
I would like to thank Doctor Darragh Mulrooney for all his great work that he has done on my teeth over the past while my teeth were in bad condition but with Doctor Darragh’s highly professional treatment. I've attended Niall for many dental treatments since 2014 and I would highly recommend him, especially if you are a nervous patient!! The quality of his work is superb and he has a lovely, easy-going manner which really puts you at ease if you are an anxious patient like me. The staff in the clinic are friendly and approachable if you have any questions about further treatments, aftercare or scheduling appointments.
