I wish to express my thankfulness to all the staff at the counter and especially thank to the dental hygienist Ms Winnie Kan for her professionalism and attention for taking care of my teeth cleaning on 15/4/2025. This was the first time I had my routine teeth cleaning performed by a hygienist instead of dentist. This young hygienist helped cleaning all the corners of my teeth thoroughly. She was caring and knowledgeable. Her caring and expertise with great manner truly made a difference. I felt so comfortable and relaxed during the whole process. She was really amazing!

Whilst on Holiday in Hong Kong I had the misfortune to trip and fall heavily on my face -breaking my front tooth and piercing my bottom lip through to the outer bottom jaw.
This necessitated Urgent Dental work --a Temp' Crown and 14 stitches inside at outside my bottom jaw Bayley and Jackson did the night after-hours work that night and did a superb job at reasonable cost considering the time/labour
and late night surgery. Their evidence and summary of the undertaking supplied promptly and fully helped me obtain my Travel Insurance refund in full --kudos to them! My own Dentist gave the work/and X-rays top marks for professionalism and treatment I am extremely grateful to the team at Bayley and Jackson and cannot recommend them highly enough.

Bayley and Jackson was recommended to me by my host in Hong Kong who is a Training Captain for Cathay Pacific Airline--he said his fellow staff use the Dental Group. The facility is easy to find in Central for travellers and courtesy and efficiency of the English speaking staff a pleasant welcome for what could be a daunting visit. Highly recommended.
