Dr. Elza is truly amazing—professional, highly skilled, and made me feel completely confident and at ease throughout the entire process. The results have exceeded my expectations. The aftercare was just as impressive. The team was always attentive, checking in regularly and making sure I was comfortable and healing well. It really felt like they genuinely cared about my recovery, not just the procedure itself. My stay in the hospital was super as well—everything was clean, well-organised, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and supportive, always ready to help with anything I needed. A special mention goes to Nicola at reception, who was such great company and made the whole experience even better. She was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, everyone at the clinic is warm, professional, and truly dedicated to patient care. This was my second visit after my first of having tooth whitening, this time I had 4x crowns. I would highly recommend it due to the fact I have totally explained the whole procedure & the finished result was better than I expected. I was treated extremely well by all. I went to Dr Wael after finding him on What Clinic. The whole experience was a delight. He and all his staff, from the receptionist to his dentists, were wonderful. I had a bridge to cover a missing tooth, and my teeth whitened, and I am so very delighted. The price was unbelievably cheap for the quality of their work.
