Like most people, I guess, going to the dentist is not my favourite thing and it had been a while, so I wasn't expecting a good experience.

However, Jane and her team made the experience very bearable and definitely as painless as possible. My dentist, Sihan, was wonderful. She talked me through the whole procedure, explaining every step and making sure that I was comfortable. I have more work to be done but I know that I will be well looked after and the end result will be exceptional.

This is the most painless experience I've ever encountered at the dentists especially after removing 4 wisdom teeth, doing a couple of root canal treatments and a whole bunch of fillings, yeah I needed a lot of work done on me.

During the holidays, we had a dental emergency. My son broke his front tooth. We were worried that we might have problems finding an English speaking dentist. Giving us options, provided us with the opportunity to select the dental services most affordable for our budget. Most importantly, Dr.Jane was very kind and patient with our son. Her gentle and caring nature help remove the stress of having dental work. First impressions count! We found Dr. Jane's Beijing Joinway Dental Clinic to be a friendly, welcoming and clean environment. Her staff was very pleasant and was able to answer our questions in English. The atmosphere in her office was calming and professional. Her staff was personable serving us warm tea on a freezing winter day. Dr. Jane spoke English very well. We found her to be a kind and gentle dentist. She took her time carefully explaining the treatment and our options. It was definitely a 5-star experience!
