Dr Marshall Freilich
Biography:
B.Sc., D.D.S., M.Sc., F.R.C.D.(C) received his Bachelor of Science degree from York University in 1987, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Toronto in 1991. He completed a General Practice Residency at the University of British Columbia in 1992, following which he practiced general dentistry for two years. He obtained his surgical residency training at Dalhousie University, graduating with a Master of Science degree in 1998, and pursued fellowship training in Paediatric and Reconstructive oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of Toronto affiliated teaching hospitals. He has been a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon, and a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada, since 1999. He is the Coordinator of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgical Services at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, Staff Surgeon at Humber River Hospital, Consultant Surgeon at Baycrest Hospital,and Clinical Instructor/Associate in Dentistry in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Faculty of Dentistry, University of Toronto. He is a Fellow of the International Team for Implantology (ITI), and a Faculty Member of the annual Canadian ITI Education Week. He is Past-President of the Ontario Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.
