Did a great job

5 50 Wisdom Tooth Extraction • Paid: $1200

I had painful wisdom teeth right before a long weekend, and they were able to quickly accommodate me and remove them with sedation.

I had four impacted teeth, and I thought the pain would be terrible, but it was very manageable and after the first few days, I could barely notice anything. I do not remember much from the procedure itself due to the sedation. But it seems like it went well.

Dr. Ahmad did a great job. He even called me the evening after the extraction and then a couple of days later to make sure I was doing well.

Biography:
Dr. Farhan Ahmad graduated from the University of Toronto with a Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S.) and also an Honors Bachelors of Science (Hon. B.Sc.)in both Pharmacology and Human Biology.   He further had the privelege to be trained in a hospital-based General Practice Residency (G.P.R.) at Hartford Hospitals Dental and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Clinic in Hartford, Connecticut.  This designation is held by less than 20% of dentists.  His training there included rotations  in Hartford Hospitals Anaesthesia, Emergency Medicine and Internal Medicine departments.

Currently, Dr. Ahmad practices a comprehensive scope of dentistry including:

  • General and Family Dentistry
  • Advanced surgical procedures including placement and restoration of Dental Implants, Crown Lengthening and Extraction of Wisdom Teeth
  • Treatment of patients under sedation - General Anaesthesia, Oral Sedation and Laughing Gas Sedation
