About Dr Genchevi

We are a small, family-run dental practice and our mission is to provide you with the highest quality dental care at reasonable prices. What distinguishes us from the competition is our dedication to our profession and our warm relationship with our patients.

Dr George Genchev and Dr Asya Gencheva have six decades of experience in dentistry between them.  In 1992, Dr Genchevi Dental Care was one of the first private dental practices to emerge in Plovdiv shortly after Bulgaria became a free-market democracy.  Twenty years later, it is in the same location and is serving thousands of happy and loyal patients.

Our patients and we value this stability and the trust established between us.

Discovered the need for an immediate crown

I had my teeth assessed implants in the future and a crown needed immediately. The dentist was very professional and went out of his way to fit an appointment at short notice. Dr Genchevi was very professional and very friendly. The work was professional and the experience was a pleasant one. The cost of the work was about a quarter of want it would have cost me in the UK

I chose it because I was visiting Plovdiv and I needed dental work. The clinic is near the centre and easily accessible. They responded to my emails quickly and clearly. The clinic had a clean efficient and friendly atmosphere

Otherwise everything worked out as he promised

a new crown

Very well, the dentist's son was translating everything. I had a new zirconia crown.
Dr. Genchevi has many years of experience. Only thing - I wonder why I didn't get a x-ray of my teeth before the treatment. Otherwise everything worked out as he promised and the price was cheap.

very good piece of advice

5 50 Dental Bridges

Had my 2nd bridge made here which although it was longer than the last one was ready after 3 days only and fitted at first try? Due to the very good piece of advice of the dentist I ordered another crown at short decision to save a tooth which the dentist at home would have given up and pulled out instead!

Were you pleased with the treatment?

Very good contact, friendly atmosphere, affordable price.
However before a tooth extraction I was not asked about any anesthesia/drugs-related allergies, or any drugs I currently take. In my opinion it is not patient's duty to remember, but doctor's duty to ask and care for patient's safety. Some may think otherwise.

Would you recommend the clinic?

The overall impression was positive. I am also sure that from now on these important questions will always be asked.

Would you return for further treatment?

For any cosmetic treatment - yes.

Bridges, as the name suggests, bridge the gap opened by missing teeth. Bridges are anchored on either side usually by crowns (but also by other techniques such as the Maryland bridge system, the ZX-27 glass abutment system, and by implants) and cemented permanently in place. Just as crowns they are made to resemble your natural teeth in shape, size, strength and color. Different materials accomplish this to a different extent. We offer:

A crown is a single, tooth-shaped cap used in restorative dentistry. A crown is placed over a damaged tooth, after it has been properly treated and prepared, to resemble your natural teeth in shape, size, strength and color. Different materials accomplish this to a different extent. We offer:

Dental Implants

Implants are the titanium pins placed firmly into the jawbone in places where teeth are missing. Abutments (mall connector posts) are placed over the pins to securely hold the replacement teeth. Crowns are placed on top of them to complete the procedure of restoring your sparkling smile.
