I have never been treated so well - everyone from the receptionists to the surgeons were gentle, empathetic and very understanding. With my TMJ, and having to have 2 very back teeth removed, I was so frightened of pain and disappointment, but although it took a while everything went well and there was NO PAIN. So different to years ago. Many thanks to Dr Chan and the team for not only doing a great job, but for giving me the confidence to return if necessary. Well done!

They are very supportive and listen to us and do their best to meet our needs. I am in healthcare, so I have a good understanding of the mouth structures and always find their advice the most relevant. They are accommodating, patient and caring with children. That is exactly why my son did not feel nervous for a procedure that he used to be scared of. He knew he was in caring hands and as a parent, that means a lot.

I first met Ben Talbot 2 years ago for a lower denture reline and it was great result.Only needed one more visit to file some small area. Last week I went back and this time needed both top and bottom denture relined and again the result was great. I will definitely need a new set and I will be having it made by Ben Talbot.
