Dr. Kate Innis took the time to explain every step of my treatment in a way that was easy to understand, making sure I felt informed and confident. Their gentle approach and attention to detail made the entire process completely pain-free. I truly appreciated how they listened to my concerns and tailored the treatment to my needs.

The staff here are just as wonderful—friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about what they do. I left not only with a healthier smile but also with the reassurance that I’ve found a dentist I can trust for years to come.

I left a bulk billing dental firm, sick of being sent on to ridiculously expensive specialists. What a relief to find Dr Kate. Not only can she do the work herself. She monitors and waits until it is necessary. Thank you Kate for fixing my teeth with no fuss, great skill and more than fair pricing. With you and helpers Zoe and Africa to look after me, it’s a delight to visit. (Did I just say that about a DENTIST?)

I can't praise the team at Mile End Dental enough, I had 2 crowns ,1 extraction and two fillings within 3mths after not going to the dentist in nearly 20 years!! Kate , Africa and Zoe were so nice and reassuring, I really didn't feel a thing! Great value too. Can't wait to go back !!?? Haha it's 5 stars from me!
