About Avenue Dental Caloundra
Three dental clinics on the Sunshine Coast of Queensland, Australia are run by this dental group. The clinics are located in Caloundra, Maroochydore and Kawana. The people taking care of me at Avenue Dental have been outstanding 5 5 0 Dental Implants
I had a partial denture most of my life and Avenue Dental advised me that implants were a great alternative. The process is not yet completed but going very well so far.

Routine Dental Examination Dentist Consultation For people with a private health fund we will only charge the health fund so there will be no out of pocket expense to you. If you do not have a private health fund then the fee will be $95. This fee is standard no matter what x-rays, tests and further investigations are required by the dentist to comprehensively examine your oral health and to come up with a plan to solve any problems you may have.

Job Title: Principal Dentist Biography: Steve graduated from the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Dental Science with First Class Honours. After graduating, Steve was lured to the lifestyle of Caloundra and the Sunshine Coast and joined the Avenue Dental family in 2005.
Steve is strongly committed to continuing education, attends numerous courses each year, and also helped establish a study club in 2006; of which he is vice-president. Steve’s particular interests in dentistry are crown and bridgework, implants and cosmetic dentistry. After completing over 1 year of training at a dental implant training facility in Brisbane, Steve is excited to be able to offer dental implants right here on the Sunshine Coast. He loves to see the difference that dental implants can make to people’s quality of life
Dr Richard Bell
Job Title: Dentist Biography: After graduation, Richard joined the staff at University College Hospital London for 12 months, before heading to South Africa in 1969. He lived and worked in the Cape during the 1970’s, becoming hooked on all pursuits relating to the ocean and the bush.
It was always his intention however to settle in Australia, and together with his family, which by then included two wonderful children, he moved to Victoria in 1977. Richard had a practice in Geelong, but lived in the self-proclaimed surf capital of Australia, Torquay. After 14 years and by now four wonderful kids, it was off again, this time to Queensland, and in 1990 Richard made Caloundra home.
Richard established the practice, which became Avenue Dental, back in 1991. Our Home Page photo and caption show that even after 20 years, his original philosophy on which the practice was built -‘To create happiness by providing dental care that brightens every ones day.’ – , still holds true.
Dr Heath Fraser
Job Title: Dentist Biography: Dentistry had been Heath’s goal for most of high school and was over the moon to be accepted into the University of Queensland School of Dentistry and graduated from the program with honours in 2005. After a short stint in northern Queensland, Heath settled here on the Sunshine Coast with his wife Roxie (the Australian Marathon Champion 2010). Heath and Roxie married in early 2010 and have recently had a little addition to their family, Peanut. Yes that would be a strange name for a baby but luckily he is talking about their kitten! Dentistry is something Heath has found very rewarding and enjoyable which in turn, results in a good experience for his patients. Definitely the most rewarding part of dentistry for Heath is transforming smiles and achieving great cosmetic results. In 2011 Heath joined the Avenue Dental family, opening up the newest of the Avenue Dental practices at Kawana. Heath strongly believes the Avenue Dental approach to dentistry suits his philosophy on how dentistry should be delivered.?Outside of dentistry Heath likes to go to the gym, hang out with friends and watch his wife Roxie run marathons! Heath also likes to travel and has recently been to Cambodia to visit a local orphanage for which he helped raise much needed funds.
