Facelift
Traditional surgical definitions would describe a facelift as a surgical procedure that elevates sagging tissues from the cheek area down to and including the neck. However, with recent aggressive marketing campaigns that describe a small incision in front of the ear with an inch of skin pulled back to patients who refer to a “full facelift” that include a browlift, upper blepharoplasty, lower blepharoplasty and versions of volume augmentation like fat grafting, it is clear that traditional definitions are inadequate.

Fat Transfer

Gynecomastia
Gynecomastia is performed by eliminating fatty or glandular tissue from the chest, which improves the shape and makes it look more firm. Some patients may also elect to have a tummy tuck or liposuction to improve the results.

Male breast reduction surgery is performed at an outpatient surgical procedure, and there are several different treatment options depending on your particular case. Typically it takes one to two hours.

Rhinoplasty
The shape and size of the nose has a significant impact on the overall balance and symmetry of the face.

A nose that – in the beholder’s eye- is inconsistent with the rest of the face, may sometimes result in a lack of confidence brought about by dissatisfaction with one’s appearance.

Rhinoplasty (cosmetic nose surgery) is the surgical procedure for changing the appearance of the nose. In this procedure, incisions are placed just inside the rim of the nostrils and, occasionally, across the skin between the nostrils. The soft tissues of the nose are then carefully separated from the underlying cartilage and bone. Excess bone and cartilage are appropriately adjusted to give a balanced, harmonious appearance to the face.

Thigh Lift

Tummy Tuck
Abdominoplasty, or a “tummy tuck,” is a surgical procedure where excess skin and fat are removed from the abdomen, and the muscles are tightened, leading to a narrower waistline and a firmer abdomen.

Women who have had multiple pregnancies may find a tummy tuck will help them improve their appearance and self confidence. Older patients whose skin has lost a good amount of elasticity, as well as those that have experienced weight lose can improve their appearance with a tummy tuck.
