I have found the clinic on this site and made some queries straight away including other few clinics, however, Serenay from Medco was the most prompt and professional person by far. I was so impressed with the level of professionalism and manner. Since my arrival on the 07/11/19 from the transfer and admission, everything went very smoothly at Reyap Hospital in Istanbul. I had my first tests shortly after my arrival (1 am) and in the morning I was welcomed by Sereney, had seen my doctor (Dr Mirhan Tosun), had more tests and all my results were good to have surgery not long after lunch. All the staff was very efficient, accommodating and friendly despite the language barrier. I had an amazing experience and I am so very pleased to choose Medco and Reyap! I am 8 days post-op surgery now, no complications, pain or any problem. Thank you so much for all your hard work, you are simply fantastic!
I always a sceptic and hard to impress. But when I am impressed I’m happy to share it. Emailed the clinic, very prompt response. The dental surgery was clean, fresh and better than any I’ve been to in the UK. The customer service was outstanding. I always think someone is out to scam me, but definitely not the case here. Quality of the work was excellent and value for money was also. I live in the UK but if I had a big dental job in the future I would come all the way to Turkey. Treatment was done three weeks ago and so far no problem. Highly recommended and A star treatment, plus good value and the dentist I had was excellent.

My facelift surgery took around 3 hours and needed to stay in the hospital 2 nights Recovery was smooth and left back to Germany after 6 days with small bruises on the neck and under eyes Best decision since I turned to 50. The whole experience from the time they picked me up from the airport, to the hotel, to my appointments all the way until I left the clinic was organised. I never have had such an amazing experience.
