I had a wonderful experience with Dr Arif and his patient’s coordinator, Dr Ambreen. This duo made my experience amazing especially coming from abroad. I was without a doubt filled with anxiety and fear upon my rhinoplasty surgery however, the team made everything feel smooth and reassuring! I have had issues with breathing for almost two decades now with a deviated septum and additional trauma to the nose and it feels amazing to breathe and experience life differently I will forever be grateful and cherish this team for this new perspective.

With heavy breasts and a bad liposuction decision in the past, my body was nothing but embarrassing for me to watch in the mirror. Growing up as a young lady it was hard as I was having extreme back issues. I came across Doctor Arif and like any other patient I had multiple concerns not knowing if this surgery was the one for me or not. I was just eager to know if I would get the results or not. My case was not as easy as it was as I was diagnosed with stress-induced diabetes and dealing with that during and after surgery was indeed quite challenging.

Not only did the doctor do magic with his hand on my body but with his team worked specially with a physician to lower my blood sugar levels which came down massively. The healing process was very challenging with me i was frustrated, annoyed and impatient but the Dr and specially his coordinator handled me so well, instead of being annoyed they made sure all my questions were answered and the follow ups were too many. Almost every alternative day i was with the Dr again and he made sure my stitches and healing process was as smooth as ever.

Seeing my body now, i am in owe as i could never imagine my breast being so firm, in shape and specially small to manage. Im able to get in dresses which i could only imagine. My size reduced from an XXL to a Large from my breast size and my waist went to Medium due to my tummy tuck experience. People started complementing on losing my weight and even though my weight was not much affected my body was how ever in shape for the first time. Even though these results are not final as its just 4 weeks until my procedure I'm sure they will improve with time.

This journey has been nothing but emotional and pleasant. Flying all the way from vancouver was indeed a great decision. Spending time with family and then having a great body is a blessing in disguise. All these scars look beautiful after what i have achieved and I'm very much glad to say that Dr did work his magic on a young girl who can now happily and confidently look in the mirror ❤️

I live in Islamabad. Last year I wanted to go for my liposuction of tummy and arms. I spoke to a doctor in Lahore and another doctor in Islamabad but wasn’t satisfied. She gave me details and I booked an online appointment with Dr Arif as I wanted to do Brachioplasty.

He gave me proper time and explained the procedure. So my procedure was in April 2022. Dr Arif did Lipo 360 with it. And OMG ALHAMDOLIALLAH after the surgery u are a new person when u look at yourself in the mirror. My big fat hanging arms were gone and Dr Arif gave a beautiful shape to my arms.

And Lipo 360 gave me beautiful curves from back and sides. The follow ups, the dressing change was the best part as it was always so positive and motivating. My accommodation was in Malir and that is at the other end of Karachi from the hospital so Dr Arif was so kind enough to send Sohail for my dressings sometimes when I had work commitments.

Dr Arif never charged anything for these home dressings trip by Sohail. But I paid Sohail as a thank you for coming all the way to change my dressing. I came back for my abdominoplasty in Sep 2022. 1st Sep was my surgery and this is a life changing surgery that Dr Arif did.

I had gynecomastia since my teenage and I struggled alot with my confidence because of it.
