I had a hair loss treatment done here but I haven’t experienced the results I expected. I’m following the guidance of the doctor (taking medicine and following the aftercare advice). I can’t say whether it was worth the money yet because I’ll only see results around 7 months after the procedure.
The clinic was clean, tidy and the technicians who carried out the treatment were very patient. There was no rush at all. I didn’t have any follow-ups after, and they didn’t ask me to visit again. As far as I’m concerned, I need to wait for the results now. Should I experience any problems, they told me I could come back. I’m happy with the customer service I received while I was there - they treated me well.
