Hi. Tom from New York. Dr. Luis Tactuk is a very caring, hands on, and skilful doctor. Got down on Thursday afternoon, Dr. Tactuk had an employee pick me up at airport. Went directly from airport to clinic for pre-op. Dr. Luis walked me through every procedure. Everyone in the clinic handled me with courtesy and warmth. The language barrier situation was dealt by caring nurses, and also by Dr. Luis assistant Dr. Gonzalez. As far as the surgery, it was professional and quick. No pain and very satisfied. Aftercare and meds were provided after surgery. Dr. Luis had an employee drive me back to my hotel. On a personal note, Dr. Luis also texted me for the next two days and answered every question. He also asked if he could send an employee to take me around Santo Domingo. I'm a satisfied patient. I am writing this review after seven days post-surgery. Swelling almost done and pain-free. Dr. Tactuk is a skilled doctor. OK, coming from New York, the clinic is not the up-to date hospital I am accustomed too. But beside the newest gadgets, every procedure was performed well. The clinic, surgery room, and the nurses all spotlessly clean. For the price difference from having it done in Santo Domingo, not NY, very happy. Professionalism and knowledgeable; I am very satisfied. I would do it again. Dr. Luis Tactuk is the real deal.

I had the best cosmetic surgery experience ever, and it was my first time ever having cosmetic surgery. His secretary, Karla, was very nice and efficient. Dr. Fernandez Goico was great as well. He explained the surgery in full detail. Overall, my surgery was a success. My experience overall was the best for sure. I will definitely recommend my friends. The clinic was great, the nurse was very attentive; after surgery she would check on me every minute and that gave me assurance that I was in great hands.

One year on and I remain happy with the results. The clinic was amazing, clean and modern. The staffs were fantastic, friendly, and helpful. I ended up staying for three nights to ensure I was well and I was not charged extra. My whole experience has been really positive. I would not hesitate to return.
