Biography:
Plastic surgeon Petr Hýža, M.D. graduated at the faculty of medicine Masaryk University in Brno in 1998. He worked as a volunteer at the Clinic of Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Berkova in Brno also during his studies at the faculty of medicine. He has worked here as a doctor since 2001, after the attestation in general surgery. He accomplished a specialization in plastic surgery in 2005. He also works as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Medicine Masaryk University since 2004, he participates in tutoring to students as well as doctors who are enrolled in the specialization programme in plastic surgery. Since 2007 he works also at the Masaryk Oncological Institute in Brno, where he focuses on breast reconstruction procedures.
