Biography:

Dr Pin is a certified MD who obtained his medical qualifications in France in 1989 and has since practiced his profession in a number of countries. He has further extended his qualification listing by obtaining a diploma in clinical ultrasound, having used these for vein assessment over the past 16 years.

Following his move to Australia in 2006 to enjoy the beautiful lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast, Dr Hugo Pin attained several courses in the field of Phlebology (vein disease) and Cosmetic to complete his training. Phlebology is the branch of medicine devoted to the study of modern ways of treating varicose vein and spider vein problems. Dr Pin is also a certified injector for fillers and muscle relaxants. He regularly returns to France for trainings and family trips.

Outside of his practice , Dr Pin is highly active and has completed seven triathlons so far. He loves water sports such as free-diving, kitesurf, and enjoys a round of golf with his wife.

Dr Pin holds professional memberships with the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine, the American College of Phlebology, and the ANZ Society of Phlebology.
