At first I was a bit confused, as it was my first experience with a surgical procedure.
The staff was very helpful, and one important thing I noticed was the calm and relaxing atmosphere inside the facility.
I would especially recommend it to people who are undergoing surgery for the first time.
Overall, it was a positive experience, and Albania is also a beautiful country 😊

I had blepharoplasty done just before Christmas, and I can only say it was excellent.
The clinic offers a package deal that includes flights, airport pick-up, blood tests at the clinic, consultations with the surgeon and anaesthetist, constant nursing care, hotel accommodation (200 metres away), surgery, follow-up treatment, an assigned nurse during your stay in case you need anything, transport to the airport and return flights. Everything worked perfectly.
As I have had professional dealings with hospitals, I would also like to assess the structure. All the equipment is top-of-the-range, the rooms in the operating theatre have touchless switches, and all this at a very reasonable price. The icing on the cake is that after four weeks, you will be contacted via WhatsApp by your assigned nurse so that they can check on your healing process.

I chose the Clinica Keit in Tirana following the recommendation of an Albanian girl, and before making my decision, I also did a lot of research on social media, where I found only positive reviews. This already gave me confidence, but the reality exceeded all my expectations.
From the very first moment, I was welcomed with warmth and kindness, and they immediately made me feel at ease. I was scared, as is normal before surgery, but they were always present, reassuring, and attentive, helping me feel calm, understood, and supported.
The doctors are Italian, extremely well-trained and professional, which gave me a great sense of security. The surgery went very well, but what impressed me the most was the post-operative care: even after I returned to Italy, they continued to follow me closely with constant check-ins, attention, and availability, making me feel supported and never alone.
Another very important aspect was the cost: I paid much less than what I had been quoted in Italy, without compromising in any way on quality, professionalism, or patient care.
I will always carry this experience with me as something truly positive, not only from a medical point of view but also on a human level.
