It was a special experience, the first time in my life that I had an operation, and I don't know, the fear before the operation disappeared like magic, thanks to the trust I created from the surgeon and you as a staff.🥰 The care when you were interested in how I was, the detailed explanation of how I would be after the operation, that it would take time for total recovery, the fixed dates and the information one day before I had each treatment, that you never forgot to inform me, the cleanliness, oh my god it was another level.. If it were possible, I would spend a few days resting there in that clean bed of mine, and in that room, except for the whiteness😍 the pain was 0 from the nose, except for the first night that my throat and mouth hurt

I underwent septoplasty at the Keit Clinic on August 4th and returned to Italy on August 11th. The clinic staff is attentive to patient needs like few others. Dejvid, my coordinator, assisted me every step of the way, fulfilling my every request, particularly that I be operated on by a surgeon from my city, Dr. Lamart,
renowned for his skill and humanity. The nurses were kind, the receptionists, Adriana, in charge of logistics, Ina, in charge of public relations and marketing, and the entire Keit Hotel staff were helpful and kind. At the end of the procedure, the clinic assigns the patient the contact information of a nurse (Beti) for any questions regarding the post-operative period and the necessary treatments for a successful outcome. Essentially, everything is organised down to the last detail, leaving nothing to chance to ensure patient comfort and care. I highly recommend the clinic, especially for the numerous aesthetic medicine treatments. They offer at competitive prices. ☺️
