Graduated in Medicine from the University of Tirana in 1997, he completed a 5-year advanced degree in Surgery in Clermont-Ferrand, France, and further specialized in Plastic Surgery in Lyon and Marseille over 4 years. He also trained in medical-surgical laser use at the University of Montpellier in 2005.

With over 20 years of experience, he is considered one of the top plastic surgeons in Europe. He regularly operates in France and currently serves as a university professor. He has been a member of the French Association of Aesthetic Medicine (AFME) since 2004 and of the French Association of Lipoplasty (SFL) since 2006.

He was the first certified plastic surgeon to practice in Albania 20 years ago, bringing with him the expertise acquired in France.

Known today as one of the most experienced oral surgeons in the region, with a strong reputation for precision, care, and trust built over years of dedicated work.

With over 30 years of experience, she is part of the very first fertility center in the country to help couples fulfill their dream of becoming parents. Passion for reproductive medicine runs in the family. 

Her father, Dr. Lulzim, is also a respected physician in the same clinic. Together, they have built a legacy of care, dedication, and success, offering hope and expert guidance to families from all over the world.

With over 10 years of experience in the field of medical tourism, he currently serves as an International Patient Coordinator.
