I recently visited Dr Austin after I put my back out at work. My mum recommended him because she suffered from a bad back for 3 years and after she visited him, he changed her life as she no longer suffers from a bad back! After my first session, I felt almost back to normal. He discussed my problem and gave me some stretches to do. I have since been twice more and my back is pretty much back to normal! I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. A month ago, I was struggling to walk from my lounge to the kitchen. Three treatments later and I am fully mobile and pain-free. Great value, very friendly staff, so it is a big thank you from me.
