I started visiting Health on Hand recently as I was getting bad shoulder, neck and arm pain. Tom is lovely and very helpful in how he helps my pain. After having 4 sessions I can now move my arms high above my head and my neck doesn’t hurt when I turn my head. I expect to go more occasionally now to help keep things in good working order.
