I can't express how good Neil is, was recommended by a colleague, and had migraines for years, I don't have them now!!! Went back a couple of years later with tennis elbow did acupuncture, and now that's all so gone amazing. You won't regret going I can assure you.

I was given an appointment at very short notice by a very polite administrator. Paul came in as a last minute booking. It was a very professional and very thorough examination. After a sudden unexpected pain on a Sunday morning, all the muscles in my neck locked, I called a Dr who said it was torticollis over the phone and didn't seem overly concerned. One of my colleagues recommended I see a Chiropractor and I was so glad that I did because Sheenagh was able to do a hands-on diagnosis and found a muscle knot in my neck and proceeded to work on it and the surrounding area, explained the condition to me and answered all my questions. After the initial visit, I could feel an instant improvement and after several sessions felt much better. On a personal note, Sheenagh is a lovely person and I couldn't wish for anybody nicer to go to when in need, thank you very much.

On my first visit to Lynn, I was almost housebound due to generalised disabling pain, severe low back pain had left me fearing to mobilise. After just a few sessions my pain had reduced enough for me to start on my journey back to independence and my quality of life started to be restored. With Lynn's expert practical skills and knowledge, along with her empathy and gentleness, I feel safe and secure with her. I look forward to making even more progress.

I cannot recommend Jason at Focus Physio enough. When I started treatment for chronic sciatica I literally couldn’t walk or drive and had been referred to the pain clinic by the NHS. He explained everything to me and began a range of treatments including physio massage, stretching and acupuncture. He said I would be walking normally in 3 months (which I didn’t really believe) but here I am 3 months later walking the dog and actually enjoying it! I feel like I now have my quality of life back. He is an amazing physio and a really nice man too.

Had an appointment with Charlene who was really helpful and gave me lots of information and a excellent manipulation around knee joint after total knee replacement to break up scar tissue. Would definitely recommend.
