I looked for help because my spine was literary on fire. Needless to say, my body was screaming for help! One evening I decided to walk into the practice. Idea was to have a quick visit and a fix and get on with my life. Well, little did I know, how deeply rooted my pain was and that the pain itself didn't happen overnight, but over many years. After my first consultation I agreed to follow, 'the road to recovery', which was a journey that saw me attending the sessions twice a week for a month and once a week after that. Quite quickly I have noticed that my inner space and quietness was growing, my nervous system seemed to be more at peace and I also noted, that even though, my knee was never directly manipulated and adjusted by the practitioner, the pain simply disappeared. My sleep improved, my digestive system became more awake and active and my neck pain started to melt away. My morning numbness in my hands and fingers has also improved. I have been treated not just as another patient with a problem but heard and supported all the way. I will continue with my visits as my body and my mind feel so much lighter. Dr. Ari and Tugba are simply an amazing team!

I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. I have had severe hip pain, with restricted movement in my neck since lockdown. I had extensive consultation and to follow a treatment which included acupuncture. The whole process was excellent. I felt extremely relaxed and safe with how my treatment and feedback was undertaken. I have already booked three more sessions and even now 24 hours, after my first visit, I’m feeling so much better and a lot more flexible in the areas mentioned above. Highly recommend this clinic and the practitioner. Very good value for money and the visit was undertaken in a private room and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I didn’t know of this clinic before I enquired but ‘what clinic.com’ gave it a good recommendation. Within 30 minutes of logging onto ‘what clinic’ with my enquiry the practitioner rang me and I had booked an appointment for the following day. I am very impressed with ‘what clinic.com’ and also my treatment at this clinic. I have a series of recommended exercises to undertake until my next appointment next week.

Highly recommend this clinic. I had endured a fracture of the major tuberosity of the humerus bone, which was the most difficult and painful injury I had been through. The physiotherapy sessions helped me regain the strength and movement that I had lost.

Dr Benner has been brilliant. After each session I have come away feeling better and happier!

I found David through a quick local search last week, during a first visit he was able to articulate clearly what my issue was after probably 10 years of not understanding it was joint pain. (I had MRIS and scans and they could find nothing) firstly getting clarity was huge, so I now know what to look out for and what exercises to do. Within a few treatments easing the pain (in the middle of a few sessions). David knows his 'trade' well - and is personable and professional. The price point is very reasonable for the quality of experience and the care and interest he shows for clients.
