Carmel Hotai Cochrane Ngati Whatua, Te Uri O Hau, Nga Puhi was born Matakite with the gift of sight and healing.

Ms Kelly Nash Biography: Kelly specializes in healing massage treatments to assist you in recovery. She has a background in dance, performing professionally for 15 years with New Zealands leading choreographers and on various occasions abroad.
She holds a degree from Unitec, and currently teaches dance and somatics in different institutions around Auckland. She has experience in Feldenkrais, Alexander technique, Skinner Release Therapy and Yoga through her studies, leading her to study deeper into the healing arts. Becoming a Reiki master and Massage practitioner has expanded and supported her to share her profound connection with the body.
Kelly studied Thai massage with a Buddhist monk and is currently studying Contact care (developed by Dale Speedy)
Ms Sophie Gao Biography: Sophie Gao holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Honours specialising in psychology and sociology.
Sophie is passionate about well being, from the spiritual, psychological and physical realms. Sophie has extensive knowledge about the human mind, spirituality, nutrition, exercise and health in general.
Sophie’s interest in fitness and health is highly influenced by her experience in aerobic and anaerobic fitness combined with her experience in meditation and martial arts (ninjitsu and Brazilian jiujitsu). All of which has led to her recognise safe, natural and effective methods such as Bio Cleanse, to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
