Peggy Wei is the best IPR Laser Specialist that I have seen in Toronto over the last 10 years. She removed a dark spot that was on my right cheek in one session. My last specialist did it in 4 sessions and it was nowhere as good as Peggy's work. This is a miracle! I never thought the result would be this good. The bonus is she charged a very fair price.
