Intralipotherapy with AQUALYX  is a treatment to sculpt the body. It is not a treatment to lose weight but to shape those areas of unwanted fat that are resistant to diet and exercise or are related to estrogen activity, such as the hips in some women.   This is an alternative to liposuction for some patients that are not interested in surgery and it is a permanent treatment which causes the destruction of fat cells in the place of infiltration.
