The entire team was so professional and I was made to feel special, valued and calm the entire time despite being initially quite nervous as it was my first time having injectables. I have been to the TOA clinic three times now. Twice for lip filler and most recently, tear trough filler. I cannot recommend it enough. I have been to various places over the years so I feel like I have enough to compare with. Sofia’s consultations are proper and precise. The work will not commence until it is understood exactly what you desire. She also makes great suggestions. The procedures are always painless. I don’t know how she does it, whether it’s a technique or the needle itself or perhaps both. What I’m most pleased about is how long the results last. During Covid I got stranded abroad in the tropics for six months. I’d only planned on being in the sun for a week, so hadn’t packed lots of sun screen – and when I got stuck in a remote village where they didn’t sell high SPF sun cream, like a fool I decided to just not bother. Big, big mistake. When I got back to the UK I thought I’d done irreversible damage to my face – but I booked myself in for three sessions of Advatx at Dr Rakus’ clinic, and I cannot believe what a difference they’ve made. They reversed the pigment discoloration, shrunk the enlarged pores, and got rid of the lines and wrinkles caused by sunburn.

I'm so pleased I discovered Laser Life clinic. I had a stubborn spot for ages and was becoming very self-conscious about it. I had tried every spot remedy under the sun to no avail. I made an appointment and was seen by the lovely friendly Lizzie who put me totally at ease. I had an infected cyst which was needle aspirated (didnt hurt a bit) and then treated with a Fractional laser. Even that didnt hurt as much as I thought. The whole process was quick and simple. There was no hard sell or add ons, the price I was quoted was what I paid. I have a follow-up appointment to check my progress. I would highly recommend it.

I've been seeing Dr Benson for many years and trust her implicitly in her skills and advice on what to do but also what not to do. Her work with muscle relaxing injections for the forehead and fillers is always subtle but effective and I don't look like I've had work done but get compliments all the time. Also, HIFU and peels have produced long-term benefits. Highly recommend it as a safe pair of hands.
